How much are your wedding films?
Wedding films by Lens Square Films start from €4,000 for up to 12 hours of filming on one wedding day in Italy or elsewhere in Europe, including a teaser film and a wedding film. With a 3-hour pre-wedding evening or shoot it is €5,500, and a three-day weekend (pre-wedding, wedding day, day-after party) with two cinematographers and a multi-angle ceremony film is €7,200. Prices include VAT and travel to Italy, and a 30% deposit secures the date. What a wedding videographer costs in Italy
Do you film weddings in Italy?
Yes. Italy is the main focus of Lens Square Films. I film destination weddings across the country, including Lake Como, Lombardy, Tuscany, the Amalfi Coast, Puglia, Rome, Venice and Sicily. Recent work in Italy includes Ramona and Alberto's wedding at Villa Caroli Zanchi near Bergamo.
What is the difference between a teaser film and a wedding film?
A teaser film is up to one minute long. It captures the feeling of the day and is made to be shared. A wedding film runs 5 to 10 minutes and tells the whole day in order, with the vows, speeches and the people who were there. It's made to be watched from start to finish without skipping.
Do we get the raw footage?
Yes. Every package includes all the raw footage from your wedding, alongside the teaser film and the wedding film.
When will we receive our wedding films?
The teaser film arrives within one week of the wedding, and the wedding film within one month.
Do you use a drone?
Yes. Every wedding is filmed on a cinema camera, with drone footage wherever the venue and local rules allow it.
Where is Lens Square Films based?
Lens Square Films is based in Riga, Latvia, and works as a destination wedding filmmaker, travelling for weddings in Italy, across Europe and further afield, including Bali.
What languages do you speak?
I work in English, and also speak Russian and Latvian.
How do we check if our wedding date is available?
Send your wedding date and venue through the contact page, by WhatsApp on +371 2777 1919 or by email to denis@lenssquarefilms.com. You'll get a reply with availability and a proposal.
How far in advance should we book a wedding videographer in Italy?
Summer weekends in Italy are the busiest dates of the year, so it's worth enquiring as soon as you have your date and venue. Many couples book a year or more ahead.
Do you work with wedding planners?
Yes. I plan the timeline directly with your wedding planner and venue so filming fits around the day, not the other way round.
Can you film a wedding weekend over several days?
Yes. The Wedding Weekend covers three days: a 3-hour pre-wedding evening or shoot, up to 12 hours on the wedding day and a 3-hour day-after party, with two cinematographers and a ceremony film from several angles as a gift. The Wedding Story adds the pre-wedding evening only.
Can our wedding stay private?
Yes. If you'd prefer your films stay private and never appear in my portfolio, a private wedding is available for 20% of the package price.
Is travel to Italy included?
Yes. Travel to Italy, including flights, car and accommodation, is included in every package, so the price you see is the price you pay.
